Professor Brøgger

Geology Professor Waldemar Christoffer Brøgger was dean of the University of Oslo beginning in 1906, and the first to bear this title. He had major responsibility for the university’s 100-year jubilee in 1911, was chairman of the board for the auditorium and responsible for carrying out the juried competition for the monumental decorating of the Aula.
