Kajanus
Most likely identical with Munch’s friend Johannes Kajanus, musician son of the Finnish composer and Sibelius interpreter Robert Kajanus. Johannes Kajanus was deeply fascinated with Munch’s art, which he collected. During a visit to Munch’s home in Kragerø in 1910 he saw several of Munch’s competition entries and was without a doubt familiar with the artist’s ideas for the wall decorations.
